I just found out that unfortunately the trophies/awards will NOT be ready in time for this weekend. Due to an unexpected illness at the facility that makes our awards, they are behind. Hopefully, the person who makes the awards will be back next week and she'll complete the trophies promptly. I'll deliver and/or ship the awards as soon as they are ready.
I'll try to have some "stand-in" awards for the championship ceremony and pictures, I'll just have to recover those and use for each presentation.
My sincere apologies for this. I don't think it's ever happened at one of our tournaments before, so I can't be upset with the situation or the performance of the company that does the awards, nor illness. But I'm certainly disappointed.
Tournament shirts that were pre-ordered will be ready for pick up at the tournament HQ. We will have a few extra shirts for sale at the tournament HQ as well.
